Policy 

If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact me 24 hours in advance.

A $15 late fee will be applied if 10-15 minutes late to appointment.

 

Any cancellations/reschedules less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% fee if you chose to rebook. I understand life, work, kids, etc. happens this ensures the consideration of my schedule and time.

Any appointment "no shows" will result in a 100% fee if you chose to rebook. This ensures everyone is considerate of my clients time and my time.
